Over at Fox news, there is a good selection of images of Gisele Bundchen, showing her frame just 2 years after giving birth.
Look at the images and Gisele looks to have the body fat levels of a pro. athlete.

“I think it's muscle memory,” Gisele confessed to Vogue shortly after the birth of her son with husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

“I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week,” Bündchen explains. “I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals. I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds.”

“The America College of Obstetrics and Gynecology recommends 25-30 lbs. as a normal, healthy amount of weight to gain during pregnancy, so Gisele gained the right amount of weight during her pregnancy,” Jackie Keller, author of “Body After Baby” and founding director of NutriFit, LLC, tells “And yoga’s great because it’s inner work as well as body work—there’s breathing and relaxation—all important things for a new mom.”

Even though Bündchen’s figure bounced back less than six weeks after giving birth, the 5’10 knockout stayed at home for months. “I felt like my pregnancy was a sacred moment for me. I stayed in Boston and I didn't work apart from the contracts I have, and then I only let them use my face.”

Jackie Keller said on how us mere mortals can achieve such a figure -
“Absolutely,” says Keller. “They key for young moms is to go into your pregnancy at a healthy weight. Like Gisele, stay active throughout the entire pregnancy. Moderate your weight gain—don’t gain more than you need to. Eat intelligently. You only need 500-800 extra calories a day if you’re breast-feeding. Finally, start walking the day you get home from the hospital—you’ll find that you’ll bounce back a lot faster. The lesson here is that moderation is the key to everything in life. I’m sure that Gisele doesn’t excessively eat food that is bad for her, otherwise, we would see it on her.”

True to to follow the words above, but realistically, we guess Gisele has the genetics to have a figure like she has in the first place. Diet and excercise has just enhanced these qualities.
Also, Gisele is a professional model....she is paid to be in that condition. It is much harder for women to get low body fat levels than for men due to the naturally higher body fat. For a man to get to the 'leaness' of Gisele, would be like training like a pro. athlete for many months, so for a woman, the regime would have to be stricter and maybe longer. Which should give you an idea of the work put in to achieve the results.
In other words, admire, but don't feel down. Only a small percentage of people can achieve those body fat levels and are usually born with the genetics to do so or you can give up work, train and diet like a pro. athlete to get the same body and even then you may not.
I think it was on one of Penn and Tellers Bulls**t series where it takes the health industry. One exercise practitioner who sells workouts for shaping the rear, says that she was probably born with the genetics to have a great rear and exercise and diet have only enhanced this........interesting.
Remember then chicken breasts and pasta every day for 3 months and 2 hours in the gym each day........ahem!
